For the remainder of the year, when you purchase the #43 you will receive 1 extra #43 with a set of six, and 3 extra #43 pipes with two sets of six. Order 12 pipes and get 3 extra, order 18 pipes and get 4 extra, order 24 pipes and get 6 extra, and so on. Order the #60 and receive one extra pipe for every set of six ordered. Clay pipes are fragile and Old German Clay Pipes have a long way to go before they arrive at your shop. Sometimes it may happen that your order will arrive with some damaged goods. If that happens please send us a digital image of the broken pipes. We will issue you a refund, give you store credit, or send replacement pipes if any of your pipes are broken. Can we customize your clay pipes? We sometimes get requests for a custom style clay pipe. Unfortunately, because the pipes are shaped using metal molds, a customized shape is not, with rare exceptions, a real option. We do, however, offer certain options for customized clay pipes. We can add a stamp with your store name, or carve a design into the bowl or along the stem. If you are interested in getting more information about custom pipes, fill out the form below.

Effective with the publication of this message the minimum order that will qualify for the wholesale discount is twelve (12) pipes. The minimum order per pipe style will be six (6) pipes. For example, an order of six #1 white and six #1 black pipes which equals twelve pipes would qualify for the discount.
