How to use this site.

This is the wholesale website for Old German Clay Pipes. You need to be registered to shop on the site (see Who can shop on this site – below). If you register for the site, your account will be reviewed and must be approved before you can log in. Please remember your username and password.

After successfully logging in you can visit the shop page and select the products you wish to buy. The search bar may help you narrow your search if you already know the number of the pipe you are looking for. If, for instance you just wanted to buy the number 33 pipe, entering #33 in the search bar above the products on the shop page will get you to that pipe faster then clicking through all the pages of pipes.

You will need to order a minimum of 12 twelve pipes and a minimum of 6 pipes per style.

Who can shop on this site?

Old German Clay Pipes is a wholesale site and only registered and approved businesses can order on the website. If you are a smoke shop, a vendor at fairs and festivals, a suttler at Civil War and other reenactments, a gift and collectibles shop, or other brick and mortar or Online retailer, then you can register to be a customer.

I am a retail store that carries your clay pipes. How can I get listed on the resellers page?

Please contact us. Note: You must be registered on out site to access this page.

Do you accept terms? What payment methods will you accept?

Payment is due at time of order. We accept checks/money orders, PayPal and credit cards. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, but if you choose to have us bill your shipper, you can  add your shipper account number when you register.

Payments by PayPal / credit card are processed through KC Ellis. Checks should be made out to KC Ellis and mailed to address shown on the checkout page. We will process orders made by check as soon as they come in and ship when your check has cleared.
